Then, watch lectures at any time of day and work on assignments when it fits your schedule. Because Anderson offers both online and seated MBA classes, you can switch between online and on-campus classes as desired.
When you earn your MBA at Anderson University, you can gain an edge over other job seekers with MBAs. By taking three, additional six-week online courses, you can focus your MBA with one of the following nine-credit concentrations:

International Business Research Center
While you’re earning your MBA, you’ll have the opportunity to broaden your worldview and cultural appreciation, thanks to our International Business Research Center and global-minded research projects. Our students hail from more than a dozen countries, including South Korea, Mongolia, Austria, Syria, Turkey and more. Anderson also hosts the only North American partnership seminar with Brazil’s Certified Public Accounting institution, ABRACION, as well as Instituto Marion de Excelência Contábil, offering a weeklong lineup of events and workshops focused on accounting leadership.
Professors present case studies during lectures to dissect the decision-making process in business situations described in each class, be they human resources and employee relations, financial management, or leadership and ethics. Professors model the methods used to dig down to the heart of a problem, enabling you to understand different perspectives and make wise decisions as a manager in the workplace. They will bring in a Biblical perspective into the course, providing the essential ethical platform needed for authentic and servant leadership.
For homework, you may examine a similar case study and apply the analysis techniques to a new business dilemma. This type of practical application prepares you to take your class lessons out into a real-world business setting.
You’ll enjoy a low student-faculty ratio, giving you more personalized attention from professors who won’t leave you to fend for yourself. We promote a rigorous but extremely supportive environment. Even in online classes, our professors still enjoy interacting on a personal level. Your instructor will want to get to know who you are and what you bring to the class. If you’re struggling with an assignment, you can expect your professor to call or email you with words of encouragement. At Anderson, you are valued in our classes, whether you’re on campus or in your home.
An Anderson MBA opens doors to management positions—including vice presidents and CEOs—in almost every industry, including healthcare, banking, education, manufacturing, government, nonprofits and more. And if you specialize your MBA in Human Resources, Healthcare Leadership, Supply Chain Management or Marketing, you’ll be equipped to serve in other leadership roles.
